And it&#8217;s going through a period of polycrisis. In this context, it is now more important than ever to develop your ability, and that of your teams, to cope with change and uncertainty. In other words, to develop conscious, robust leadership.     <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>At the Future Labs, we compare your organization, your current solutions and your ways of working with a variety of plausible futures, in order to..:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>shed light on your strengths and vulnerabilities, your risks and opportunities.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>make visible solutions that are obvious today, but which may appear quite dangerous in the future.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bring out the new solutions that can become the pivotal points around which we reinvent ourselves tomorrow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strengthen your leadership and courage to act<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strengthen the cohesion of your teams and their action towards a desirable future<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>In terms of methodology<\/strong>, we mobilize the classic tools of foresight, such as..:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the hunt for preconceived ideas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analysis of the forces driving change (current trends, weak signals for the future, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>break-up hypotheses (what if&#8230;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prospective scenarios and the representation of your organization&#8217;s or company&#8217;s life in these futures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>work on the emotions aroused by these different possible futures  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identifying key issues and their impact on your project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Our aim is to help you, with kindness and clarity, to ask the questions that bother you and to tackle them without taboos within your teams.
