Imagine that your team has overcome its current difficulties and has connected with a deep motivation and desire to act. What would your reality be like?  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>The future travel method, sometimes also called uchrony, enables you to bring out the best possible future for your team, both individually and collectively. It&#8217;s a powerful method for setting a course, and thinking about what you want to achieve, before discussing how you&#8217;re going to get there. In this exercise, each member of your team is taken seriously in terms of his or her skills, ambitions and impulses. And listening to these different stories, in a respectful and attentive way, enables you to see the dynamics of change that need to be implemented to inspire your team, as well as the needs of your collaborators to become actors of change. Last but not least, the exercise enables you to bring out and mobilize the creative and impactful potential of your teams.      <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>This process is designed to help you walk away with it<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a clearer understanding of what motivates your teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a shared vision of an inspiring future<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a shared drive and motivation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>greater courage to act<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>In terms of methodology<\/strong>, we use foresight and imagination tools, including:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>principles of deep listening<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hunting down preconceived ideas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>visualization and future travel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tree of the future<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>building a story<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>At Hub des possibles, we&#8217;re convinced that, in the face of the ecological, economic, social and even human crises we&#8217;re going through, it&#8217;s important to stop and nourish your momentum, your leadership and that of your teams. It&#8217;s a time to pause, a time to reinforce the courage to act in a period marked by uncertainty and difficulty.
