This year&#8217;s theme is &#8220;Interconnecting intelligences, agile strength in troubled times&#8221;. On the program, as every year, will be keynotes, conferences, participative workshops, feedback and meetings between professionals involved in the evolution of organizations in French-speaking Switzerland. From 10:15 to 11:45 a.m., Le Hub des possibles will host a workshop on organizations in French-speaking Switzerland in 2040.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Indeed, in a context of fragility and instability, often referred to as BANI, reality changes rapidly and is unpredictable&#8230;. what was true yesterday, in terms of work organization, is no longer true today: knowledge, hierarchies and professions are being turned upside down not only by the irruption of artificial intelligence, but also by economic and climatic upheavals. And so&#8230; What if imagining the future in 2040 became a lever for navigating our organizations?  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>In the participatory workshop organized by the Hub des possibles on the FABLAG day, you&#8217;ll experience the posture of foresight: a blend of analytical rigor and openness to the possible. We&#8217;ll also let you try out a foresight tool. You&#8217;ll immerse yourselves in different scenarios of the future, then imagine the influence these future hypotheses could have on our organizations, tomorrow.
