professions of the future<\/em> (attractiveness, training, energy transition and sustainability, new hybrid roles) &#8211; 9.10.2026 and 6.11.2026 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Materials of the future<\/em> (resources, circularity, new business models) &#8211; 29.01.2027 and 26.02.2027 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Technologies &amp; AI<\/em> (productivity, collaboration, new requirements, responsible adoption) &#8211; 30.04.2027 and 28.05.2027 from 8:30am to 12:30pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>These themes are decisive for the competitiveness, sustainability and resilience of SMEs in the construction industry: they determine their ability to produce, recruit, secure supplies, direct activities and arbitrate investments in a context of uncertainty.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>For whom?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>This training course has been designed for entrepreneurs, general managers, operations managers and senior executives (HR, operations, technical, innovation, finance) from SMEs in the construction and related trades.<\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>Participation in pairs is recommended (management + key executive) to enrich the analysis and speed up translation into decisions and implementation.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>What are you leaving with?<br\/><\/strong>The aim of this training cycle is to enable :<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A clear strategic view of the economic, climatic and social future<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A shared understanding of future risks and opportunities for your SME,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The formulation of 1-2 visions of a desirable future for the company,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of 3-5 priority action areas over the next 3 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:33px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>How?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Each theme is addressed in 2 half-day workshops (4h00), spaced out over a month to allow time to mature, share and refine the analysis internally, and come back with questions.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>Workshop 1 &#8211; Mapping futures (4h00)<\/strong><br\/>You explore different scenarios of the future and leave with an understanding :<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>new emerging realities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trades, skills, materials or technologies that will become obsolete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>key technical, human and leadership skills for the future<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strategic tensions to be resolved (costs, regulations, HR, supply chains, productivity).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong><br\/>Workshop 2 &#8211;
