The industry is organizing itself through initiatives such as the Net Zero 2050 Roadmap and the growing influence of players in recycling and circular concrete. However, dependence on virgin resources remains high, and circularity is becoming a strategic issue.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How can you adapt your business strategy in the face of rising costs and material shortages?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How can you incorporate circularity and reuse into your business model?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How can we anticipate regulatory constraints and turn them into a strategic advantage?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your company&#8217;s ability to answer these questions will determine its resilience and competitiveness in the years ahead. This training will help you prepare for these changes. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What are you leaving with?<br\/><\/strong>At the end of these two half-day sessions on the materials and business models of the future, you\u2019ll walk away with an understanding of\u2014and a strategy for\u2014the following:<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>materials or business models that will become obsolete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the materials, regulatory trends, and business models that will be prioritized in the future<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strategic challenges to be addressed (costs, regulations, human resources, supply chains, productivity).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The three to five strategic action areas to prepare your company and teams for the realities of tomorrow (investments, HR\/training, partnerships, innovations).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The topic is covered in two half-day workshops (4:00), held one month apart to allow time to reflect, share, and refine the analysis internally, and to return with questions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first half-day session will take place on <strong>January 29, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second half-day session will take place on <strong>February 26, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The instructors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Chantal Peyer<\/em><br\/>Chantal Peyer<strong> <\/strong>is a political scientist, futurist, and co-founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/hubdespossibles.org\/en\/\">the Hub des possibles<\/a>. For several years, she has been guiding companies and organizations through strategic planning. Chantal Peyer also launched the podcast <a href=\"https:\/\/hubdespossibles.org\/en\/podcast\/\">\u201c2040 j\u2019y vais!<\/a> \u201d which interviews change-makers in French-speaking Switzerland and works with them to envision the future as of 2040.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nicolas Gluzman<\/em><br\/>Passionate about people and the future, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/nicolasgluzman\/\">Nicolas Gluzman<\/a> works both in-house in human resources and as a freelancer in creative and participatory foresight. He also teaches these same subjects (notably at<a href=\"https:\/\/em-lyon.com\/\">EM Lyon<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hevs.ch\/fr\/hautes-ecoles\/haute-ecole-d-ingenierie\/\">HES Sion<\/a> ) and serves on the board of directors of the R\u00e9seau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plurality-university.org\/fr\">Universit\u00e9 de la Pluralit\u00e9<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Carole Chapelat<\/em><br\/>A chemist by training, Carole Chapelat has developed a strong foundation in rigor and systems analysis. Today, she is a scientific collaborator at HES and an expert in transformation and innovation. She spent ten years at CREAHOLIC providing business consulting services, with a focus on foresight and innovation.
