Despite this momentum, adoption remains uneven: large-scale projects are moving forward, but a majority of players\u2014particularly SMEs\u2014still struggle to fully integrate digital tools, held back by budget constraints, a lack of skills, and organizational inertia. At the European level, digitalization is now considered a strategic driver of competitiveness, essential for addressing the sector\u2019s climate, energy, and labor challenges.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How can we accelerate the adoption of digital technology in a sector that remains highly fragmented, where practices, skills, and levels of equipment vary greatly from one player to another?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How can you integrate AI into your business in a responsible and practical way, while taking ethical and environmental considerations into account?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How can you foster seamless collaboration among all stakeholders in your value chain?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your company&#8217;s ability to answer these questions will determine its resilience and competitiveness in the years ahead. For several years, she has been guiding companies and organizations through strategic planning.
