{"id":2540,"date":"2024-01-15T12:11:19","date_gmt":"2024-01-15T11:11:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hubdespossibles.org\/the-hub-of-possibilities-at-radio-romande-interview\/"},"modified":"2025-08-18T16:45:09","modified_gmt":"2025-08-18T14:45:09","slug":"the-hub-of-possibilities-at-radio-romande-interview","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hubdespossibles.org\/en\/the-hub-of-possibilities-at-radio-romande-interview\/","title":{"rendered":"Three journeys to 2040 with Radio Romande, in collaboration with Hub des possibles"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br\/>Three themes were specifically explored:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rts.ch\/audio-podcast\/2023\/audio\/2040-j-y-suis-1-3-27464678.html\">Urban agriculture in 2040<\/a>, with a visit to Lausanne&#8217;s Place de la Riponne by agronomist Nicolas Bezen\u00e7on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rts.ch\/audio-podcast\/2024\/audio\/2040-j-y-suis-2-3-27471608.html\">The village of Ch\u00e2tillon in the canton of Fribourg,<\/a> which has gone from being a dormitory village to a place of life and links in 2040, visited by engineer Marc Mueller.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rts.ch\/audio-podcast\/2024\/audio\/2040-j-y-suis-3-3-27485933.html\">Mobility<\/a>, with the example of Geneva&#8217;s Place Cornavin, in the company of Marc-Edouard Schultheiss, transportation engineer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><br\/>The transition to these 2040 futures has not been easy&#8230;. We had to overcome the inertia of politics, the habits of citizens already caught up in a host of constraints, and tension in the face of change in an uncertain world. But crises are sometimes the source of the greatest changes.<\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>Explore the future to build the present: that&#8217;s the challenge we want to take up with the Hub des possibles through a series of podcasts and conferences entitled &#8220;2040, j&#8217;y vais!&#8221; which we&#8217;ll be launching in 2024. Gabrielle Desarzens&#8217; programs and the collaboration with RTS were the opening of this series.
