This development has also been facilitated by soaring energy prices in the 2030s. A shift has taken place, bringing more labor to the fields and more consumers to the markets.<\/p>\n\n<p>In this special program &#8220;2040 j&#8217;y suis!&#8221;, journalist No\u00e9mie Desarzens lets you hear and imagine the agriculture of 2040 in the company of Jean-Yves Billaud, who represents the<sup>4th<\/sup> generation of farmers in his family.
