There are concerns about the arrival of AI and the disappearance of certain professions.   <\/p>\n\n<p>So how do you run companies and organizations today?<\/p>\n\n<p>In this episode of the &#8220;2040 j&#8217;y vais!&#8221; podcast, we explore a model that is inspiring more and more players in Switzerland: shared governance.<\/p>\n\n<p>Behind this somewhat barbaric term lies an innovative way of collaborating. How does it work in practice? What are its advantages and disadvantages? Does it make you happier at work?   <\/p>\n\n<p>To answer these questions, I&#8217;d like to take you to meet two experts:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fabio Monte, who pilots shared governance at QoQa, an online retailer with 230 employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ludovic Gaudard, coordinator of the Fabrique de l&#8217;agilit\u00e9, an association of 100 member organizations sharing
