What if we imagined what a Geneva watchmaking company employing 450 people might look like in 2040? What challenges would it face? How will it manage its human resources, governance and production chain? We invite you to join us for a mock general meeting of the chronosphère company.

During this evening, you’ll attend the Annual General Meeting of the fictitious company chronosphère, a flagship of the Geneva watchmaking industry, which employs over 400 people. You’ll take a trip into the future, as the AGM takes place in November 2040. And as a participant, you’ll represent the shareholders and vote on the company’s future strategic directions.

On November 24, 2025, a number of Swiss personalities will present the Chronosphère company and the challenges it will face in 2040:

  • Ms Alisée de Tonnac (Seedstars)
  • Mr Nicolas Freudiger (ID Geneve)
  • Mrs Sophie Michaud-Gigon (FRC)
  • Mr Fabio Monte (QoQa)
  • Mr François-Henry Bennahmias (former CEO Audemars Piguet – to be confirmed).
  • Mr. Jonathan Normand (BLab Switzerland)
  • Mr Christophe Barman (Loyco)
  • Ms Chantal Peyer (Hub des possibles)
  • Ms Sara Gnoni (The positive project)
  • As well as a representative of the Administrative Council of the City of Geneva

The event is organized by the City of Geneva, the Swiss Business Federation, the Hub des possibles, APRES-GE, in partnership with the Ethos Foundation, Swiss Leaders, the Cercle Suisse des Administratrices, BLab and Swiss Sustainable Finance.

For more information on the contents of this evening, you can download the official invitation to the Chronosphère General Meeting from 15.09.2025.

Connecting with life

Le Hub des possibles offers you a connecting workshop based on the Work That Connects. Two days in touch with nature, with good humor, human warmth and creativity to reinvent ourselves in today's world.

What if we had to change the story to change the world?

How do we keep the momentum going, when we're facing headwinds? What stories can we tell to regain the power to act? A conference by Chantal Peyer, organized by l'Archipel in Sion, to question our narratives and think about sustainable futures.
