The sixth edition of the “Activate your talents and assume your leadership, to realize your projects” course will take place from May to September 2026, in a format that places greater emphasis on the notion of leadership. In these times of polycrisis and uncertainty, it’s essential to learn how to lead with agility and serenity. We offer you a secure and stimulating framework for reflecting on who you are, what you want to achieve, what is holding you back, and how to rediscover the joy and courage to act despite the difficulties of our times. Rather than seeing the world as it is and saying “why?”, we invite you to discover what role you’d like to play in it, and to ask yourself “why not?

Today more than ever, we need people who are aware of their strengths and able to express them.
This is what we propose to explore in this workshop offered by Hub des possibles, in partnership with sanu and one planet lab.
You’ll leave with :
– knowledge of your talents and an understanding of how to make them work together
– alignment with your needs and values
– identification of what holds you back and makes you doubt
– clarity about the changes you want to commit to
– the ability to assume strong, authentic leadership roles
Contents:
This course is based on Aristotle’s Talent-Personality® approach. It offers you the opportunity to take ownership of your inner richness and become more coherent with yourself. We’ll explore your moments of flow (that feeling of energy you get when you’re fully absorbed in an activity) and your moments of disconnection to help you better understand where your impetus for the future lies. We’ll explore your aspirations and ambitions – what you’d like to contribute to, and where you’d like to be in your life in three to five years’ time.
The course consists of six half-days spread over four months, plus personal exercises to be completed between sessions.

– Wednesday May 27, 2026, 6:00pm to 9:00pm
– Monday June 22, 2026, 6:00pm to 9:00pm
– Saturday August 29, 2026, 9:30am to 5:00pm
– Wednesday September 16, 2026, 6:00pm to 9:00pm
For the six half-days, guided exercises between sessions and supervision: CHF 990 (CHF 940 for members of the Hub of Possibilities, people who have completed a long training course at sanu and members of the one planet lab network, students and the unemployed). Payment in several monthly instalments possible.

Chantal Peyer
Coach, mediator and historian, Chantal Peyer works in Lausanne and Berne. Trained in coaching at the Wa-Kan Institute (Geneva), the Presencing Institute (Berlin) and the Aristote Institute (Paris), she attaches particular importance to intuition and to bringing out the specificities, strengths and life project of each individual. For her, coaching is about enabling people to know where they want to go and how to get there, and thus to develop conscious leadership. After more than twenty years of political work, in the fields of ethical economics, sustainable development and human rights, she became convinced that to transform society, we need to enable each person to discover their talents, so that they can take responsibility for change. In 2023, she co-created the association le Hub des possibles to bring together personal and societal change, imagination and foresight in a variety of offerings, in the service of a sustainable world.
Fabienne Lagier
Trained as an anthropologist, Fabienne Lagier specializes in international cooperation in education. She has worked for over twenty years, in Switzerland and abroad, in the Department of Foreign Affairs and for NGOs. At the age of 26, following a series of significant events that anchored in her the certainty that Life exists far beyond matter and what our ordinary senses perceive, she began a passionate journey of discovery into the profound nature of the human being and the meaning of existence. Today, a certified coach trained at the Wakan Institute, she devotes her time to individual coaching (with a focus on the theme of “life mission”), team coaching and training, while pursuing her commitment to peace education in Switzerland and abroad. www.canopee-coaching.ch
