Activate your talents, assume your leadership to realize your projects
- May 10, 2025 to September 24, 2025 - 4 half-days and one day
- Lausanne
Today, more than ever, we need people who are aware of their strengths and able to express them. To build the future and be joyful in the present, we need everyone to express their leadership with courage, authenticity and confidence.
In concrete terms, this means:
– getting to know your talents and understanding how to make them work together
– being aligned with your needs and values
– identifying what holds you back, what makes you doubt
– knowing where and for what changes you want to commit yourself
– assuming strong, authentic leadership
If this description speaks to you and you’d like to explore this strong and authentic leadership, then the “Activate your talents and assume your leadership” course of four half-days and one day face-to-face, is for you!
This course is based on Aristotle’s Talent-Personality® approach. It offers you the opportunity to take ownership of your inner richness and become more coherent with yourself. We’ll explore your moments of flow (that feeling of energy you get when you’re fully absorbed in an activity) and your moments of disconnection to help you better understand where your impetus for the future lies. We’ll explore your aspirations and ambitions – what you’d like to contribute to, and where you’d like to be in your life in three to five years’ time.
The course consists of six half-days spread over four months, plus personal exercises to be completed between sessions.
The sessions will take place in Lausanne and the dates of the next cycle are scheduled for :
- Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Monday, June 2, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Thursday, June 26, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

A coach and political scientist, Chantal Peyer works in Lausanne and Bern. Trained in coaching at the Wakan Institute (Geneva), the Presencing Institute (Berlin) and the Institut Aristote (Paris), she places particular importance on intuition and on bringing out the specificities, strengths and life project of each individual. For her, coaching is about enabling people to know where they want to go and how to get there, and thus to develop conscious leadership. After more than twenty years of political work in the fields of ethical economics, sustainable development and human rights, she has become convinced that to transform society, we need to help each individual discover their talents and inner courage, so that they can take responsibility for change. www.hubdespossibles.org
A sociologist by training, Fabienne Lagier specialized in international cooperation in education, where she worked for over 20 years for various governmental organizations and NGOs, both in Switzerland and abroad. At the age of 26, following a series of significant events that anchored in her the certainty that Life exists far beyond matter and what our ordinary senses perceive, she began a passionate path of discovery and experimentation on the nature of the human being and the meaning of existence. Today, as a certified coach with the Wakan Institute, she accompanies individuals and organizations in strengthening the deeper meaning of their mission and realizing it in balance with their material and spiritual needs. She also continues her commitment to peace education in Switzerland and abroad. www.canopee-coaching.ch
