- Renew your energy in your role as an executive to live up to your daily responsibilities
- Share your momentum or your concerns in our multi-crisis, multi-opportunity context
A leader or manager, or perhaps you are accompanying them?
- New links and new perspectives
- Stronger leadership for the common good
- A sensation of weightlessness and regeneration
This workshop takes you through a series of practical exercises based on Joanna Macy’s Work That Connects process. The aim of this process is to strengthen our connection to the planet in order to activate our power to act and our inner compass.
We will go through 4 stages:
- Practicing gratitude as a leader
- Expressing our difficult emotions with authenticity
- Change the way we look at our role as leaders in the current context
- Implement meaningful actions.
We’ll be incorporating Robert Goffee and Gareth Jones’ CASE (Community, Authenticity, Significance, Excitement) leadership model (“Why should anyone be led by you?”).
This workshop is part of theInner Development Goals movement. It enables us to work on the skills and attitudes identified by the international community to help build a sustainable world for humanity. The following IDGS will be particularly stimulated: inner compass, integrity and authenticity, making sense, connectivity, empathy, ability to mobilize, courage.
This workshop will take place in Lausanne.
