It’s a 1h30 outdoor workshop, accessible to all, offering a variety of walking activities to connect you to yourself, to others and to the rest of nature.

In particular, he uses the principles of Joanna Macy’s Work That Connects, a 4-step process that is practiced by thousands of people around the world:

Anchoring gratitude: taking the time to connect with the joy of life,
Honoring grief: sharing justified concerns about our environment,
Shifting perspective: connecting with the opportunities that this special time brings,
Moving forward: returning to our daily lives with reboosted awareness and commitment.

So, over a short period of time, we take the time to connect, to train our ability to feel our place within the network of living things.

This connection workshop helps strengthen what we call the inner compass, presence, long-term vision, connectivity and optimism. In this way, it contributes to greater well-being and is in line with the international framework of the Inner Development Goals.

Practical information:

Departure at 12:15 pm from Bus 16 stop “Lac Sauvabelin” in Lausanne.

Return to the same place at 1:45 pm.

Bring weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable shoes and hydration.

This workshop is offered to you by the participants of the previous group. At the end of the workshop, you will be invited to continue the chain of generosity by offering your contribution to the participants of the next workshop.

This workshop is given regularly in Lausanne and other cities. Check the agenda for other dates.
