There’s a lot of soul-searching going on in the workplace right now. People want meaning and are no longer prepared to sacrifice their lives to their careers. There are burnouts and exhaustion. There are concerns about the arrival of AI and the disappearance of certain professions.
So how do you run companies and organizations today?
In this episode of the “2040 j’y vais!” podcast, we explore a model that is inspiring more and more players in Switzerland: shared governance.
Behind this somewhat barbaric term lies an innovative way of collaborating. How does it work in practice? What are its advantages and disadvantages? Does it make you happier at work?
To answer these questions, I’d like to take you to meet two experts:
- Fabio Monte, who pilots shared governance at QoQa, an online retailer with 230 employees.
- Ludovic Gaudard, coordinator of the Fabrique de l’agilité, an association of 100 member organizations sharing best practices in agility.
And as always, we’ll end with a trip to the year 2040.
