ACTIVATE YOUR TALENTS, ASSUME YOUR LEADERSHIP TO REALIZE YOUR PROJECTS” COURSE

Get to know your talents, clarify your plans for the future or your professional transition, by connecting with your aspirations.

This course is based on Aristotle’s Talent-Personality® approach. It invites you to discover your strengths and skills, so that you can become more in tune with yourself.

We’ll explore your moments of flow (that feeling of energy you get when you’re fully absorbed in an activity) and your moments of disconnection to help you better understand where your momentum lies for the future. We’ll explore your aspirations, dreams and ambitions – what you’d like to contribute and where you’d like to be in your life in three to five years’ time.

This journey of transformation is supported by reflections, coaching tools and intuitive dialogues. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have developed a powerful professional dynamic that enables you to give your life meaning beyond mere individual success.
