CONNECTION WORKSHOPS

When faced with environmental challenges, we guide you to addressthe questioning phase, develop resilience and the ability to take action.

To overcome possible feelings of eco-anxiety and/or avoidance in the face of the degradation of our environment, resilience and confidence are worked on in this workshop, which often takes place in the middle of nature and will lead you to experience reconnection with the living. The experience of nature through the senses and emotions is worked on using a variety of tools, such as TQR (Travail qui Relie), Theory U, the fresco games and the 2 Tons workshop. All of these approaches encourage reconnection with oneself and one’s environment, and help kick-start transformative action.

Each workshop generally follows the four steps inspired by Work that Connects (WRC):

  • Anchoring yourself in gratitude and highlighting what brings you joy
  • Honor your grief and deal with what’s hard to live with
  • Change your outlook and take a step back
  • Move forward and identify your next steps.

“There is so much to do, and time is so short. We can, of course, start from despair and anger. But the tasks will be easier and more productive if we start from an attitude of gratitude towards life, because it connects us to our deepest powers and allows us to recharge there.”

Joanna Macy, eco-philosopher, systems doctor, biologist and creator of The Work that Connects

Duration: 1/2 day to 4 days, 10 – 50 participants.

Tailor-made workshops can also be created. If you are interested in an intervention in your organization, please contact : annick.wagner@hubdespossibles.org
