By confronting your organization, your current solutions and your ways of working with different, varied and plausible futures, the labs can shed light on strengths and vulnerabilities. Solutions that seem obvious today may appear quite dangerous in the future. While others may become the pivots around which you reinvent yourself.
In all our Future Labs, we address issues of planetary limits, leadership and robustness. And we mobilize the classic tools of foresight to find appropriate solutions for your company or organization:
- the hunt for preconceived ideas
- analysis of the forces driving change (current trends, weak signals for the future, etc.).
- break-up hypotheses (what if…)
- prospective scenarios and the representation of your organization’s or company’s life in these futures
- identifying key issues and their impact on your project
In these labs, we cover topics such as:
- climate challenges and planetary limits
- technology and artificial intelligence
- human resources and business transformation
- materials, their scarcity, the risks of new materials
- agriculture and food
- governance
Our aim is to lead you, with kindness and clarity, to ask the questions that bother you and to open up your imagination, to prepare you for all futures, but also, and above all, to choose your course. What do you want to contribute? What’s the next meaningful, robust and sustainable step for your project? This clarity will enable you to navigate with greater serenity and impact in these uncertain times.
At the end of a future lab, you leave with..:
- awareness of the signals you observe in everyday life
- read alerts that require a strategy adjustment
- understanding your blind spots, i.e. what you didn’t want to see
- the ability to analyze the direction in which the situation is evolving as it unfolds
- Clarity on what needs to be done in your organization or company
- the desirable future to which you want to contribute
