The Leader of Tomorrow course aims to develop a leadership posture that contributes to sustainability. The aim is to learn how to diagnose current issues, while broadening one’s perspective to shed light on preconceived ideas and blind spots.
The tour also explores the emotions that each of us feels when confronted with climate issues – fear, anger, sadness, indifference – and the questions and tensions they raise within us. It’s a question of welcoming them and seeing how to transform them by seizing them as a step and a tool for taking action.
Finally, the course invites you to explore future scenarios and identify what you would like to contribute to your work. This seminar allows you to leave with a clearer vision of the future, clarifying your course and giving you the confidence and momentum you need to take the first steps towards change.
