The construction industry is undergoing a digital transformation that has become unavoidable, driven by regulatory pressure, performance requirements, and the need to improve productivity. Despite this momentum, adoption remains uneven: large-scale projects are moving forward, but a majority of players—particularly SMEs—still struggle to fully integrate digital tools, held back by budget constraints, a lack of skills, and organizational inertia. At the European level, digitalization is now considered a strategic driver of competitiveness, essential for addressing the sector’s climate, energy, and labor challenges.
- How can we accelerate the adoption of digital technology in a sector that remains highly fragmented, where practices, skills, and levels of equipment vary greatly from one player to another?
- How can you integrate AI into your business in a responsible and practical way, while taking ethical and environmental considerations into account?
- How can you foster seamless collaboration among all stakeholders in your value chain?
Your company’s ability to answer these questions will determine its resilience and competitiveness in the years ahead. This training will help you prepare for these changes.
What are you leaving with?
At the end of these two half-day sessions on the materials and business models of the future, you’ll walk away with an understanding of—and a strategy for—the following:
- the uses, practices, and contributions of technology and artificial intelligence in the construction industry in the future
- the customs, practices, and even professions that will become obsolete with new technologies and AI
- strategic challenges to be addressed (costs, regulations, human resources, supply chains, productivity).
- The three to five strategic action areas to prepare your company and teams for the realities of tomorrow (investments, HR/training, partnerships, innovations).
