In September, the annual FABLAG event is not to be missed! This year’s theme is “Interconnecting intelligences, agile strength in troubled times”. On the program, as every year, will be keynotes, conferences, participative workshops, feedback and meetings between professionals involved in the evolution of organizations in French-speaking Switzerland. From 10:15 to 11:45 a.m., Le Hub des possibles will host a workshop on organizations in French-speaking Switzerland in 2040.

Indeed, in a context of fragility and instability, often referred to as BANI, reality changes rapidly and is unpredictable…. what was true yesterday, in terms of work organization, is no longer true today: knowledge, hierarchies and professions are being turned upside down not only by the irruption of artificial intelligence, but also by economic and climatic upheavals. And so… What if imagining the future in 2040 became a lever for navigating our organizations?

In the participatory workshop organized by the Hub des possibles on the FABLAG day, you’ll experience the posture of foresight: a blend of analytical rigor and openness to the possible. We’ll also let you try out a foresight tool. You’ll immerse yourselves in different scenarios of the future, then imagine the influence these future hypotheses could have on our organizations, tomorrow. A final sharing session will bring out new insights and blind spots.
