Slow down for a better start

Faced with the challenges of climate change, growing crises, inequality and poverty, it's becoming difficult to project oneself into the future and remain serene. Le Hub des possibles and L'archipel invite you to take a break, to take your foot off the gas - for the duration of a workshop - to let your concerns settle and reconnect with what's essential: the joy of living.

A workshop in collaboration with L’archipel in Sion!

This workshop is based on Joanna Macy’s “Work that Connects” approach.

It’s a collective approach which, through moments of exchange and group activities, enables you to:
– Rediscover a living connection with yourself, others and nature,

– Embrace your emotions in the face of ecological, social and political crises (fear, anger, sadness, powerlessness, not forgetting hope!),

– Transform these emotions into energy for action and creativity,

– Connecting with a broader vision of the world, where everyone finds a place to contribute.

This workshop is a gift you’re giving yourself: a moment to reconnect with your emotions, your feelings, a space to listen and share, meet new people, and an opportunity to recharge your batteries.
